Michael GoodmanVice President, Marketing-US Retail Innovation & Commercialization Campbell Soup Company

Michael Goodman is responsible for leading the development and commercialization of all new products, platforms and renovations of existing products in Campbell’s US Retail portfolio of brands including such icons as Campbell’s®, V8®, Prego®, Swanson® and Pace®. In previous roles, Michael led the commercial P&L delivery of new brand platforms in the Company’s Breakthrough Innovation Group after two years dedicated to leading the development and implementation of Campbell’s global Marketing Excellence training and talent development program.

Prior to joining Campbell, Michael held multiple line marketing and global innovation roles in both the consumer and B2B space with increasing levels of responsibility.  As a Director for several years at Procurian (now part of Accenture), the procurement services specialist, Michael led the development and launch of the company’s market intelligence technology products.  He served as Group Product Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. for 3 years where he led the $500MM ARM & HAMMER® fabric care franchise, and as Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble for 7 years on the global Olay® skin care brand with responsibilities including both North American base business leadership and global anti-aging innovation.  Michael is also a former Consultant with LEK Consulting where he was responsible for corporate strategy development and mergers and acquisitions advisory for clients in the biopharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School where he was awarded Baker Scholar.
