Philip Teverow is a veteran of the specialty food industry. He has launched product lines for Mario Batali, Marcus Samuelsson, Dean & DeLuca, and many other culinary luminaries. Phil has operated Solid Brands since the late ‘90’s, consulting with entrepreneurs to help them turn food ideas into food businesses. Having participated many times in the development and launches of brands and products, he has deep familiarity with the players and the pitfalls. Phil specializes in crafting and then helping to execute specialty food business plans, mainly for packaged products but also for ingredients and foodservice products, that take clients from zero to traction, in a way that’s appropriate to their resources and capabilities.
