Daniel is a formally trained chef with over 25 years in the food industry. He is a mentor to many food incubators and accelerators and is a speaker in the natural foods community and a contributing writer to New Hope’s IdeaXchange. Daniel’s work has been recognized by Natural Products Expo with multiple NEXTY nominations and awards.
