During the interview Foodie Trip’s founder, Matan, took us through how Foodie Trip gives travelers unique food experiences so they can truly learn about the place, the culture and the people of their new work or vacation or travel spot. Foodie Trip came into being when Matan was dissatisfied with the usual tourist trap tours when visiting Vietnam. He discovered a rare and amazing tour of vietnam’s food places on the back of a motorcycle with a small group of fellow travelers, racing around the capital. That was the start of Foodie Trip, now in 73+ cities around the world.
