I’ve successfully launched two CPG brands – Luvli Juices (all natural vegetable juices) and Smashies (Organic no sugar added squeezable pouches) into Whole Foods, HEB, Harris Teeter via the natural and specialty food channel. Both enterprises failed to exit which means I have seen the pitfalls and traps of growing a CPG brand.
